This album was recorded between the 15th and 19th November 2007 in a country house in Derbyshire. It was as smooth a recording experience as I can imagine and I’m very grateful to Dave for humouring my desire to record as much live as we possibly could. I’d like to thank the following musicians and friends:

Juliette grew up in a musical family, singing from an early age. A gap year introduced her to India and a mixture of work, study and time brought her to exploring voice and sound as a vehicle for discovery, expression and a way of conceptualising the world, which in turn brought her to this album. She lives in London and spends time composing, writing, recording, running voice and sound workshops and working for a health charity.
